Whatever makes you comfortable to start.
Now jump into step-by-step to draw cute ghost vampire.
Draw an U inverted shape for the ghost vampire.
Draw wavy line for the flowing shape for the ghost’s lower.
Add some facial features. Draw smilling eyes, vampire fangs.
