Add a Swimming Float

Draw two overlapping ellipses around the body to form the swim float. Tilt them to give a playful angle.

Step 5 Draw two ellipeses as the swimming float, intersect with the body, and there're tilts to one side
Step 6

Outline with Curved Lines

For the head and fur, trace the outer shapes with softened, wavy lines. Remember to skip some lines where the float or arms intersect.

Step 8

Add Some Water Waves

To make your swimming pup look like it’s really floating, draw a few simple wavy lines around the float. These ripples will add a fun, lively touch to your drawing.
